Reservations are confirmed when a $200 refundable security deposit is received with final of payment due 35 days prior to arrival. Credit Cards via PayPal, personal checks and money orders are acceptable for deposits and payments. Personal checks are only accepted if received at least 35 days prior to arrival. If making reservations within 30 days of your arrival payment will be required by credit card . Security Deposit is held until after check out for all guests. CHANGE POLICY: Date changes can be made at any time, at no charge provided that your stay falls within 365 days of your original booking. All changes are subject to availability and rate changes. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to only the fees incurred to process your reservation, i.e. PayPal fees. Otherwise, your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 59 days of arrival will be subject to the forfeiture of all payments received. If the unit is re-rented during your original dates a refund will be made to you, based on rent(s) received less any fees incurred by your booking and the new booking, i.e. PayPal fees
Check in 3:00 & Check out 11:00 when ever possible we would be happy to give you a “little” extra time…Just let us know.
Only ”Start up” Soap and Toilet Paper are provided replacement amenities are the responsibility of the guests
KaNaniKai Association Rules
Only “Registered Guests” are allowed to occupy the unit and use the facility (max of 4 adults- register all names including children). Our Association rules are very strict. Violation will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents (due to fine levied on the owners).You may ONLY have 4 guests, larger parties must have PRIOR authorization by Property manger and a least one boardmenber.
